Founder & Training Director

With over two decades of experience in emergency response training, occupational safety, and adult education, Fayon leads our training programs with unmatched passion and expertise. As a certified First Aid instructor and OSH trainer, she designs and delivers accessible, hands-on courses that equip individuals, schools, and organizations with the skills to act confidently in critical moments, ensuring they receive proper first aid certification. She is also the visionary behind Action on Scene Est., creating a training service grounded in compassion, practicality, and a commitment to safety education with local impact.

Business Development Executive

Burton brings a strategic edge to our mission. As Business Development Executive, he plays a key role in building relationships with clients, identifying community and industry needs, and expanding the reach of our emergency response training programs. His background in outreach and operations helps ensure that our first aid certification training meets real-world demands with professionalism and heart.
